Right click on GTAIV.exe
Properties.
And run it in Win2000 compatiblity mode.

Do the same to the Social club exe...

The cam will stay FIXED

But when i mounded the mini mds and just copyed the YASU thingi into the deamon dictory, and run it ass well. i clicked clouck. and i played the game. hope it helpes:D

dude this is making me nutz... Probably there's something wrong with the Full ISO from the torrent we're downloading...

If it's the problem, mini-iso should work with a crack, but I still don't want to reinstall the whole GTA IV and take the risk of not working as it happened like 3 times... The instalation is always bugging and it takes a long while...

If you would know anything about hardware, you would mention what RAM your little playbox has.
And on another note, i7 has a major flaw, the CPU integrated memory controller is utter crap, as it doesn't support any overvoltage without frying the CPU, so a good S775 rig (preferably X48 or nF790i) with 4870X2 in CFX or GTX 280 in SLI (which I've got btw, so yes, I can brag too...) and some nice OC'ed DDR 3 mems still beats it.
